Crocker Law Firm is a personal injury firm. We only represent people who have been hurt or families of people who have been killed as a result of negligent or intentional acts. We bring a depth of knowledge and experience to your personal injury case.
If you have been hurt in a car accident or other incident you have probably never dealt with something like this before. We have – hundreds of times, and you can rely on our experience to see you through it.
Ben Crocker and Cyndi Crocker started Crocker Law Firm in 2006. They created the firm to help injured people. They narrowed the practice to personal injury and worker’s compensation cases so that they could develop a team of people and systems tailored to excellence in this area of law. Crocker Law Firm has represented thousands of people who have been hurt in accidents, on and off the job.
Ben and Cyndi met and married while in law school at the University of Kentucky. They have practiced law since 1992, and are both licensed to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee.
There are three other attorneys and twelve other team members in the practice. Two of the case managers, Gena Jaggers and Amy Key, have been working with injury victims for more than 20 years.
Everyone working at Crocker Law Firm is highly skilled and devoted to the work we do. When we hire we look for more than skill, we look for people who care about others and who will work hard to get the best outcome for every client. Take a quick look at our Google reviews and you will see why we are so proud of the team we have created.
Everyone I dealt with at this firm was absolutely amazing!
Very efficient to answer your calls and emails. They also answer any questions you may have. Very courteous and friendly. I would recommend Crocker Law Firm to anyone because they get the job done and do it right.
I had a very good experience with these great folks. They were there beside me every step…. I entered as a client and left as a friend. I’d recommend Crocker Law to anyone. Thank you.
They made this process super easy. Everyone there was welcoming and kind. They kept me up to date on everything and fought for me to get the best out of my situation. I had no worry or stress through the entire time. All I had to worry about was healing. I am so grateful for the people there and the lady who recommended me there after my crash
